עולמיא — Aramaic for “world”
A small-batch Cabernet Sauvignon from Israel, made with barely-there intervention and considerably more faith than technique. We grow the grapes. The rest, we leave to the real Vintner.
The Lineup
Same vineyard, same minimal-intervention approach — one made the traditional way, one with nothing added at all.
Our flagship. Fermented slow, aged patient, blended by feel rather than formula.
The same wine, taken a step further — nothing added, nothing to hide behind. Not for the faint of palate.
Our Roots
Olmaya means world in Aramaic — a reminder that a glass of wine is mostly things we didn't make: sun, soil, time, and whatever it is that turns juice into something worth blessing. We plant, we prune, we wait. We stay out of the way as much as the wine will let us.
“We grow the grapes.
Hashem makes the wine.”
No fining agents you can't pronounce, no shortcuts dressed up as technique — just a small Israeli vineyard, a lot of patience, and a healthy suspicion of anyone who takes wine more seriously than it deserves.
Get In Touch
We read every message ourselves — no call center, no auto-reply written by a committee. Just us and the vineyard.
